About this ebook

"His stories are interesting, insightful and consistently demonstrate the futility, drama, waste and unneeded loss of human life which result from warfare" - Rich
The Threads of the War series shares personal stories from real-life military history across the span of The 20th Century's War. With short stories from WWI, WWII, and the Korean War, the reader is carried from one front of the war to another with emotionally compelling bursts. In Volume III, step into the private study of the Kaiser in Summer 1914, trudge through the trenches on the last day of WWI, trek across the frosty Icelandic landmass in 1940, and scramble into the hills of Korea in 1951.
Each story in this collection opens the door to a unique personal facet of war; exposing the reader to the facts, fictions, and fallacies of armed violence. Following each story, the reader is provided specific and revealing facts about the events narrated, offering both entertainment and education within the time it takes to read a blog-post.

Jeremy Strozer

Raised in California, Jeremy moved to the Washington, D.C. area at the age of 18 to attend university. Through education and luck, he became a Fulbright Fellow, a Presidential Management Fellow, and found ways to live and work across vast swaths of the world.
