Parents hosted bridge parties, followed Sam Sneed at the Greensboro Open and listened to Ella Fitzgerald at Club Kilby. Travel back with local author Alice Sink to the halcyon days of country fairs, stock car racing at Bowman Gray Stadium and Betty Crocker.
