About this ebook
Thirty-year-old submissive Oliver Barnes is a workaholic. Ollie practically lives in his office. After his old Dom dropped him for a younger sub, Ollie wants to avoid complications and more emotional scars.
Dominant Garth Wagner is a young repairman who works at the same building. He’s intrigued by the busy suit who doesn’t seem to have a life beyond the office. When Garth catches Ollie in a compromising position, he makes Ollie a proposition. Ollie has to be his for an hour, or he tells Ollie’s boss what he does during his spare time.
Ollie expects Garth to cash in sixty minutes of dirty down time. He recklessly bares it all, not expecting Garth might demand the ultimate toll. Losing his job might be the least of his worries when what Garth ultimately wants is his complete surrender.

Prologue
Oliver Ollie
Barnes glared at the lime-green digital numbers on the elevator lift, silently counting the seconds. Fifth floor. Sixth. Eight more floors to reach what he’d been waiting for all day.
Hurry the fuck up,
he muttered.
Ollie loosened his tie and unbuttoned the top of his once crisp, now rumpled white button-down shirt.
His day went from horrible to shitty. Ollie had become his boss’ metaphorical punching bag for two solid hours during the early morning team meeting. After, Ollie waded through a boring-as-fuck seminar that meandered past lunchtime. Then he spent some major downtime at his tiny cubicle, staring at the blank spreadsheet on his desk and untouched reports, wondering what the fuck he was doing with his life.
Most days, he found himself chained to his desk, a well-oiled robot. Thirty-three, and he had no friends, family, or a life to speak of.
Ollie knew he had a problem.
Like the thousands of pencil pushers in the city, he was a workaholic. A by-product of the foster system that churned out a small percentage of boys that made the successful transition past shaky adolescence, college, and passed into adulthood. Contrary to what his work colleagues believed, he had someone special in his life. Ollie swore that after tonight he’d change his habits. Thomas always complained he worked too much and needed to learn to relax or he’d end up burning out.
Ollie planned to work less hard. Find a cheaper apartment and cut a couple of his credit card bills. Hell. He’d start fresh with Thomas leading him by the leash.
The elevator chimed at the fourteenth floor.
Finally,
he grumbled. His well-polished Italian leather shoes crunched on familiar soft carpeting. He fished out the spare key Thomas had given him two months ago and went right in.
Soft music played from Thomas’ surround-sound speakers, even through the hall to the front door. Ollie closed his eyes for a moment, taking the load off his mind about everything that happened during the day.
When the sun came up, Ollie suited up and crunched numbers inside an enormous cage made of steel and glass. He was an average and boring pencil pusher, but when night came, his real self came out. The Ollie who let himself go and played in the dark. He placed his briefcase down, then took off his shoes. He slowly undressed, folding each piece of clothing meticulously and placing them in a stack on the basket by the shoe rack. Standard protocol. No indication that the evening was a prelude to a high-speed roller coaster ride to hell with no brakes.
Cool air caressed Ollie’s bare skin, tightened the points of his pierced nipples, and woke his cock. Jesus. He already sported one huge fucking hard-on. He hoped Thomas wouldn’t use the cock and ball cage. Ollie hated that toy with a passion.
He knelt and nervously rubbed his sweaty palms over his thighs. His knees were used to kissing Thomas’ hard white marbled flooring. Thomas liked making Ollie wait, sometimes making him maintain the position for one or two hours.
The anticipation and worry killed Ollie every single time and made him wonder if he did something to displease his Master. He secretly liked it, though—the feeling of nakedness, of complete vulnerability. Every part of him was bowed, body bared, and his
