    LETTER FROM SANTA

    A Green Chistmas Tale

    On the evening of December 25th Santa Claus returned home as usual, but this year he wasn’t feeling so well. He had worked non-stop for an entire day in order to deliver gifts to children all over the world. As soon as he closed the front door of his house, he plopped himself on the couch. He was pooped! Oh, oh, oh, exclaimed Santa, it is difficult to work such long hours at my age. But, what else can I do? Children must receive their presents on Christmas!

    Santa Claus’ little helpers, the elves, were already seated at the table ready to celebrate the holiday with the delicious Christmas dinner that Mrs. Claus had prepared for them. But, Santa was oh so, so, so tired that he wasn’t able to pull himself off the soft, fluffy couch.

    You are not going to join us Santa? asked the elves.

    Perhaps a little later my kind little helpers, responded Santa with a big yawn. For now, all I really want to do is stay here and rest.

    However, after only a few minutes, Santa felt too tired to even sit. "Oh,
