“SHE’S GORGEOUS!” DANA exclaimed when the slave walked into the room.

“She should be,” Brent half-grumbled. “I paid a fortune for her.”

“No slave mark?” Dana asked.

“She’s marked,” said Brent. “Lift up your left foot, slave.” The redhead did so, still facing away from her new owners. On the bottom of her left heel was the logo of the company that had sold her to Brent and Dana. “A subtle placement,” Brent said.

“And is she ringed?” Dana inquired. She was lounging on the couch watching the initial showing of the slave. Her handler was waiting off to the side, quietly. He knew his role in this part of the sale; he would say nothing unless asked a direct question. When the owners agreed to take delivery he would take their thumbprints on his slate and disappear.

Brent spun the slave around and pulled her hair back from her ear. A small golden ring dangled from the lobe. “Of course. We don’t want her to have free will, do we?”

“And...elsewhere?” Dana asked, her interest piqued now.

Brent shrugged and looked at the handler. This was not his area of interest. After waiting a second to make sure a verbal answer was needed the handler spoke.

Chapter One

She’s gorgeous! Dana exclaimed when the slave walked into the room.

She should be, Brent half-grumbled. I paid a fortune for her.

Dana sniffed. We can afford it. They both gazed at the lovely slave who stood in the middle of the living room of their expansive apartments that looked out at the nightscape of the city. The view, even from the seventy-fifth floor of the building, wasn’t nearly as beautiful as the slave.

She was tall, not freakishly so, but just enough to be striking and stand out among other women. Long, wavy red hair cascaded down to her waist. It was worn loose, swept over her shoulders. Her skin was pale but not unhealthy, just lightly kissed on her shoulders and across her nose and cheeks with freckles. Here nipples were the palest pink caps to the full but not swollen breasts standing up proudly from her chest. Every inch of her body was smooth and shapely, perfectly proportioned, the curve of her hips was the perfect ratio to the size of her chest. Brent knew that; Brent had paid for that. The small patch of hair between her legs was a flawless rectangle covering her labia and slightly above. It was the one bit of straight line on a body that was otherwise all about curves.

Turn around, girl, Brent said and sipped from his glass.
