Reviews for Knowledge Management
Rating: 3 out of 5 stars

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5We have come a long way from agriculture based society, to industrial based one and now to information based society. Author believes Capitalism is the core root why knowledge management is done in institutes, because they want to commodify everything. Intangible tacit knowledge capture is the new problem for the capitalist, for which they try understand the culture of each society. A good book to understand the concepts of Knowledge management but feel the author is biased on two fronts. One, she feels women's skills are apt in the knowledge management and two, knowledge management is not and never will be practiced in the developing countries as in developed countries.
