Michael Dillon

Michael R. Dillon earned both a PhD and a law degree. He spent over twenty years teaching as a university professor and another twenty as a practicing lawyer. He is widely published in scholarly and legal periodicals, yet he claims no medical expertise for this very personal memoir.
