The Key

Tom Allen is in trouble. Soon to be evicted from his apartment and with no prospect of rescue from the alcohol soaked existence he has been living. T.B. Stevens

Todd Stevens was born in May of 1966 in Missoula Montana, and was raised in the Bitteroot valley. After finishing high school in 1984, he and his family moved all around the country before finally settling in San Tan Valley AZ. A late bloomer to writing, Todd didn't begin publishing articles until his early forties. In late 2013 he published his first novel, "The Key."

This book addresses controversial issues in a very delicate manner. There's a new spin on religion. There is also a lesbian couple that you follow through the story. There are parts that are designed to be maddening, saddening, and maybe even some with a little mix of happiness. This author is very creative and does a good job of using her story to make her point - What if the preservation of humanity hung in the hands of one scorned human being that had lost all cause to care about fellow man? What would you do in her shoes? If you enjoy books that feature new ideals, this is a book for you. I also recommend it for the LGBT community. If you like paranormal/fantastical type adventure, I think you would really enjoy this book. Hats off to the author for creating a whole new adventure with original situations and thought provoking scenarios.
