      In this feel good holiday read, Roberts returns appropriately to Icicle Falls, Washington, in what is a perfect time to visit. The Lodge is run by widow Olivia Wallace and her son Eric. Various guests arrive, trying to create Christmas memories that will replace the ones that live in their homes. There's a Santa, James Claussen and his two children, a single mom with two kids, a man hoping to marry...even with so many inhabitants, Roberts does a superb job of separating yet combining their stories into a very satisfying conclusion. I enjoy re-visiting Icicle Falls and the peeks we get into the lives of characters who are secondary to this story help keep that community feel alive.
