This is one set mostly in Delft, Netherlands. Dutch surgeon Sebastian needs a nurse for his sister recovering from polio that Lucilla won't chase away. And Emily's father needs two hip replacements w/o spending another 1-2 years in a wheelchair waiting for the surgery. So they arrange a bargain, neither figuring that falling in love as part of the bargain.
