About this ebook

From the time of Christ’s command to never swear, up to the 1650s when Quakers were executed in Massachusetts, people would rather suffer painful executions than to swear oaths. This book is for those who suspect that Christianity has not changed.
If you want to understand the legalities that ensnared you, this book is for you.
But if you are comfortable signing government forms under penalty of perjury, this book is not for you. If you are not careful, what you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and the smoke of your torment shall rise forever and ever in the presence of the Lamb.
Christ delivered us from Roman oppression, but you returned to this vomit. Christian’s struggle against Roman oppression is near an end. You surrendered when you raised your hand to surrender. You surrendered when you signed a perjury oath signature on a government form. You surrendered when you sought a notary public to attest to your signature

I was just like you, I was a natural born Citizen, and I was taught to believe that the Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of everyone else. Just like it says in the U.S. Constitution. Until I found out that I waived my rights by legalities that I did not understand. Then I spent thirty years researching how I waived my rights. It turned out that Ignorance of the law, which everyone is bound to know, excuses no man. Had American children learned of their heritage, we would have kept our rights.Join me in pondering the legalities that have ensnared us.I was fooled by government. Out of respect for what appeared to be law, I lost all my rights when I was tricked by legalities. I learned the hard lesson that it was my fault for being deceived. I came to realize that Bible prophecy predicted these tricks. Bible prophecy predicts deceptions in the end times. Insomuch that, if it were possible, shall deceive even the very elect. If they continue, no flesh shall be saved to judge angels. Those who receive not a love for the truth shall receive strong delusion that they should believe a lie. Had I followed the commands of Christ, I would not have been tricked out of my rights. I was later to understand that principalities and powers in high places twist the laws of God to trick us into mutiny against legitimate powers. My books focus on lordship, ethics, and consequences of mutiny. My books are intended for those who realize that they are enslaved like the Bible said you would be, and made merchandise and cursed just like Peter said you would be.I am not an attorney. I do not give legal advice. These United States were founded on the divine laws of nature and of nature's God. Then we exchanged these laws for the laws of men. Then, the U.S. government was surrendered to the same brutal Roman law that Christ delivered us from.First Samuel 8:18 You will cry out in that day because of the King you have chosen, and the LORD will not hear you in that day.

Many people are deceived into thinking that Oaths are mandatory, yet the United States Supreme Court keeps ruling that forced oaths are abhorrent.

Americans hold the truth that all men are created equal. But an oath, like a salute, is only given to superiors. Swearing an oath is a confession that you are no longer equal.

Every encyclopedia and dictionary will tell you that oaths are always religious rituals invoking the authority of a deity. This book will identify the gods that you now worship.

Christ told Christians to not swear. Christians’ millennia-old struggle against Roman oppression is near an end. You surrendered when you raised your hand to surrender. You surrendered when you signed a perjury oath signature on a government form.

    NOTE TO THE PROSPECTIVE READER:

This book is intended for Christians who love¹,² Christ enough to obey him.

¹ John 14:15 (KJV) If ye love me, keep my commandments.

² Matthew 22:37&38 (KJV) . . . Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment.

    --- --- ---

    PREFACE:

In the Biblical prophetic timeline, we are well into the great falling away predicted in Second Thessalonians 2:3. The mankind of sin has been revealed. (In the Bible, the Greek word anthropos is plural -- mankind. It is not the word aner which would be used for a single man).

Today’s society will swear oaths without giving it a second thought. Oaths are contrary to Christ’s command to not Swear.

Oaths are contrary to the Second Commandment Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them nor serve them. It does not matter to the brutal final world government how you genuflect to them. Today’s society will bow down to them, swear oaths in courtrooms to them, salute graven images, and they will swear perjury oath signatures on tax returns.

And they will swear oaths to sell their labor. Waiving your right to earn wages makes your wages taxable.

The LORD wants you to be a free soul under his authority, not enslaved to false authority.

    --- --- ---

    CHRIST'S COMMAND

In Matthew 5:34 Christ commanded his followers to Swear not at all. Not even to perform oaths to the Lord (verse 33). This is why Mennonites and Amish will not swear oaths to judges. Quakers will also not swear, but for a different reason.

    Matthew 5:33-34 (KJV)

Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths: But I say unto you, Swear not at all; . . .

James repeated Christ's command in James 5:12.

But above all things my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.

    --- --- ---

    TODAY'S OATHS still condemn

James knew that swearing violated the first two of the Ten Commandments, so he emphasized Christ's command to swear not at all, and then added this stern warning to the Christians that he was writing to -- least ye be condemned. Notice the priority he gave to this warning -- above all things, my brethren.

In court, why do Black robed (Roman) judges require you to condemn yourself before they allow you to tell the truth? Do you think it is oppressive for a judge to demand that you condemn yourself in order to tell the truth? Why are Christians, or Jews, ordered to bind their soul's¹ allegiance to false gods?

We hold the truth; underline the word truth, to be self-evident that all men are created equal. When the judge or bailiff demands that you salute him, he denies this truth that you are equal. Why do you have to deny truth before they let you tell the truth?

The one who demands that you salute² him also denies that he is equal. Thereby denying the legitimacy² of the United States, and denying the legitimacy of his public office⁴.

Obedience to counterfeit authority is mutiny against lawful authority⁵. Why would anyone salute⁶ a foreigner who denies that all men are created equal?

    1. Binding on the soul. Numbers 30:2,4-11,13, Leviticus 5:4

². Lifting the hand is swearing. It was swearing before Moses wrote Exodus 6:8.

³. the first sentence of the Declaration of Independence says that natural law entitles the United States to exist. Back then the law books referred to natural law as the divine laws of nature.

⁴ We are created equal. They are the ones who swore an oath of office to be the inferiors. In doing so, they acknowledge that We The People are the superiors who had full authority to create a government. By demanding we salute them, they mutiny against the We The People authority (the jura summa imperii), thereby denying their oath of office.

⁵. All lawful authority is of God (Romans 13). Your only hope of eternal salvation comes because Christ refused to bow to the devil.

⁶. remember that Esau sold his birthright with an oath. If you salute the judge or bailiff, then you are no longer equal to we the people who created government. (The Lord hated Esau. Malachi 1:3 and Romans 9:13). You become a third level subordinate below the civil servants created by We The People. (At least Esau got what he bargained for. How about you? Did you sell your birthright for the mere promise of a future bowl of stew?)

The Lord's word is truth. John 17:17. One of those truths is Romans 3:4 which implies that all men are liars. Why do you have to deny the Bible to tell the truth?
