INTRODUCTION.
The Republic of Ghana formally known as the Gold Coast has been colonized and administered over centuries by countries and groups of individuals. What does the Republic of Ghana now have to offer to themselves and the world despite its rich natural resources, pleasant tourist sites, fertile lands and clean natural water?
Did these colonial masters and administrators rule and are still ruling Ghana for infinite returns with little or no investment?
All tendencies to enlarge this work have been carefully avoided, and the reader must kindly accept the baldness of the narrative as surety for its lack of exaggeration.
