Patrick Gloutney was born in Amherst Nova Scotia and moved to Ottawa Ontario in 2012. He is the recipient of awards ranging from community involvement to public speaking including the Osgoode Township High School Trustees’ Award in 2014 and second place winner of the Nation Capital Youth Writing Contest in 2013.
