There Be Ghosts Here Investigation - M. Garnet
An investigation firm that helps people with problems that the police ignore. It reads on their window their name Moore, Moore and More, Investigations, but under that it reads—Legal Advice, Help Solving Family Problems, Guidance in Dealing with the Occult, Satanism, Threats, Cults and Misbehaving Children. That pretty much says it all.
Sandy is one member of the three partners in the Investigations team, but for some reason, she is the one who gets into the most trouble.
A simple problem with ghosts makes problems with the partners as Tom, the lawyer, doesn’t believe in them. Rain, the vampire, has seen them in his long life and Sandy just can’t make up her mind.
Yet, she is the one who gets caught and offered up as a living sacrifice in a witch’s ritual, all because she talks her two partners into taking a case that involves ghosts.

Dedication
This is dedicated to the fans who previously asked for fun reading. After the first one, I have found it fun to write, so thank you.
Prologue
MOORE, MOORE and MORE, INVESTIGATIONS has three partners. There is a lawyer who is well schooled in the laws of Illinois. Added to the group is a handsome vampire who can only work after the sun has gone down, but his knowledge of the occult and experience with the dark side makes him the protector. What does he protect? The third person in the partnership is a lovely woman who seems to draw danger as magnets draw iron filings.
It was her idea to form a firm that will help people that no one else will help, because no one else will believe them. These are people who see things that should not be seen, or can’t be chased away in the normal manner.
With Tammy, the receptionist, running the office during the day and Tom attending court now and then to keep them legal, it proves to be interesting how Sandy can still get into trouble. Rain, her vampire lover, finds himself often at wits end to save her and their most currant client from harm.
So today, they handle ghosts for a client, or do they? Are ghosts real, some think they are and some don’t believe in ghosts, but the clients believe, so they need help.
Chapter One
Sandy Moore got off the city bus at the corner and looked around. Evening was just setting in as she hurried down the cluttered sidewalk.
She thought she looked very businesslike in her new dark blue suit and the black heels, but she should have went for the two and a half inch heels instead of the three and half inch. These were not good for walking on the dirty, littered sidewalk. She had her long, dark, brown hair down up into a knot held by a clip, but curls were already slipping free around her face. She let her pale brown eyes look into windows to watch herself move with head up and shoulders straight.
The bus dropped her off three blocks from their new office. Her partners, Tom and Rain, would not let her drive in the Chicago traffic. She huffed with frustration at their stuffy attitude,
