About this ebook
On the darkest streets of Japan, pieces are being set in motion...
The world holds it breath; the clouds of war are gathering. Twin sisters Saga and Shaaya have business deep in the slums of Tankenkuro, one of the most dangerous cities on earth. The twins will need every ounce of psychic power they can muster if they are to survive the night. They are headed straight for the dragon's lair tonight, and it isn't just the humans that are watching...
A short dystopian prequel to Children of the Crater.
Connor Cadellin McKee
A determined digital artist, animator, adventurer and lover of science-fiction, Connor McKee sat down to write ‘Children of the Crater’ at the age of 16 purely because it was a story that needed to be told. Connor’s writing is often inspired by his nomadic travels across the known world, and his love of diving into new cultures. A devout reader, he is always delving into one fantastic story or another. His family zigzagged across the British Isles for much of his childhood. He grew up in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and in southern England, where he spent his time questing through the woods. From a young age he has trained in martial arts, practicing Kung Fu, Ju Jitsu and a little Tang Soo Do for good measure. Nowadays in his spare time he enjoys creating digital paintings, sculptures and animations to the tune of some delicious heavy metal. His first love, however, is that of adventure, discovery and experiencing the unknown in foreign parts. His travels have already taken him across five continents, but he has much further to go. Now at the age of 21, he now lives down by the sea in Cornwall amidst his plans of future adventures.
