This book started out as an idea that came about from someone close to me who felt it was time I put my understanding of a transformational mastermind in writing. I have been blessed enough to experience my own journey of meetings and masterminds that have failed miserably, even though we seemed to have the best formula on how to run a mastermind. Through the bad masterminds, I developed myself and discovered secrets that enabled me to eventually join ones that became very successful for me. I have since been able to attend and facilitate some of the most ground-breaking, efficient and profitable mastermind meetings around.

Most people have no idea what masterminds are and those who do it either get very mediocre results (if any), or spend more time out of topic than they do focused and on track. Either way, that is not what a mastermind is about. I hope that by the end of this book, you will not only have a deeper greater understanding of what a powerful mastermind is, but you will also have the key elements to being a powerful member in your own mastermind. If you haven’t had one yet, that’s even better. You will be better equipped to hit the ground running. If there is one thing I am certain of it’s this: a mastermind has the ability to turn your annual revenue into a monthly revenue, if used in the proper way.
