About this ebook
It's no secret that the erotica industry has boomed in the last few years due to the runaway success of 50 Shades of Grey. There are more readers than ever, but how can you stand out in the crowd of thousands of other authors?
That's exactly what this guide will teach you to accomplish. Some of the topics include:
Building a mailing list
The proper use of free books
Keywords
Pricing
Using a website
Avoiding the adult filter
How to promote your story
How to list your story for sale on Amazon, Google Play, Kobo, Smashwords, and All Romance Ebooks
And more!
With real examples of exactly what I've done, it's the only book you'll need to take yourself from an undiscovered erotic author to a self employed erotic author. Following this method, I got there writing less than 500 words per day.
The best part is that everything I did is completely replicable. Another author is following my method with the exact same success. She literally writes just a scratch over 300 words per day and is on her way to full-time status.
This book even includes a keyword secret that more than doubled my sales overnight. Don't spend six months learning the ropes like I did. Let me teach them to you, today.

Marketing and Audience Building for Erotica Authors
If you’ve ever written a book, you know how difficult it can be to get it in front of the right people. It’s even more difficult to convince them to read your story instead of someone else’s. Erotica writers have it even harder than the average author because most of us can’t ask friends and family for help!
Fear not—I’ve been there. In this book, I’ve included everything I did to take my monthly writing income from $0 all the way up to nearly $2,400 in only six months of part-time work (four, if you count the two months I didn’t have time to even think about writing). In May alone, my books were downloaded nearly 18,000 times and 196 new people signed up for my mailing list (to make 523 in total).
I’m also in charge of the publicity for another part-time author, Tanya Colt. She writes less than 300 words a day and in her third month she made over $500. That means what I’m about to share with you is reproducible and you can do it too!
I’ve made the mistakes so you don’t have to. Let’s get your books in front of the masses.
Building a Mailing List
The most important thing to establish from day one is a mailing list. It will make successive book launches much easier when you can inform those who enjoy your writing about any new book you release! It’s literally targeted marketing at its finest.
There are a few different factors that are going to affect how many people sign up for your list, and it’s not all based on your writing ability. You can still manage to get a lot of people to join even if you aren’t the best writer yet. I tried a few different methods to get people to sign up, but I eventually settled on this one.
Offer a free story for signing up.
Tell them to sign up twice in each book, once at the start and once at the end.
Make it unique; avoid begging.
Some people are going to tell you that offering a free story to sign up is a bad idea because then your list will be crowded with people who only wanted a free book. Don’t listen to those people. Sure, these readers probably aren’t going to buy a short story for $2.99. However, if you send them an email letting them know about the entire series on sale for $0.99 a bunch of them are going to buy it. This will propel you up the ranks, gaining visibility for your book and attracting more paying readers. Perform this cycle over and over and you will eventually start hitting the bestseller charts as hundreds of people
