Will Williams
Will Williams is the founding teacher at Beeja Meditation. He works as a Program Director for One Giant Mind, a global charity dedicated to promoting all forms of meditation and researching their effects on individuals and society. He started meditating after experiencing stress-related insomnia. After training in India with some of the world’s leading experts in Ayurveda and Vedic meditation, he became a teacher in order to share the benefits with as many people as possible. As part of his coaching work, he has worked with Spotify, Universal Pictures, American Express, the BBC, Tripadvisor and Channel 4.
