A very awe inspiring book even though it is only 84 pages long. This is the only book I have read in the series but will definitely look out for the others and read them. The clever use of using Ping the frog to notice and act on the changes that happen around his pond is appealing to any reader. As other animals arrive he asks them while on their travels if they have spotted any differences, especially his long time friend Kamo, the duck, and together form an alliance to put it back as it should be.The message from the book is a simple one, Mother Nature has ruled and governed the earth well before man and she knows how to solve the problems without any intervention. On the other side of the coin is that someone will do what they think is right for themselves without thinking about the consequences of their actions on others.A book that everyone should read and it might change their views and help create a better world for everyone. The language and simple explanations make an excellent read and I think it should be introduced to the school curriculum and if the other books are as good as this one, they should be too. The book will cause a lot of debate regarding the best way forward for the planet and nature over money? Please read this book!

A note from the author about continuing the journey of Ping

I would like to take this moment to extend my thanksgiving to you for helping make the story of Ping the frog a remarkable success. Softly and steadily, the books that have chronicled Ping’s journey have become international bestsellers, published in translation around the world, allowing us to circle back together again, and I am grateful. If you are reading this, chances are you took the little tomes to heart, and blessings to you all. If you haven’t read the books, probably some echoes of their existence are the reason that we’ve become connected. Either way, according to what I’ve read and heard, the lessons and values woven throughout the story of Ping the great jumping frog, have become a touchstone for many. Business managers give copies to their employees, high school and college teachers quote the practical principles to their students, and readers all over the globe use the inspirational frog-found wisdom and accessible philosophy to help them navigate the daily rapids of challenge and change. The message that we can all live the life of our deepest desires through a life of choice and action is a truth that reaches out to anyone who would quiet themselves enough to listen. To polish the point, people have fallen for Ping. They are not alone in that. I have too. So opening up shop once more, I’ve put pen to paper.
