About this ebook
Running from an act of desperation, Sharon Shelton escapes to her grandfather’s old and abandoned estate where she hopes to restart her life.
Unaware of the danger she begins searching for the truth about her grandfather and his land. Just as she begins to put the pieces together, her past threatens her and her friends... but it holds no measure to the evil they have awakened and that Sharon is about to send out into the world.
Donna J. Langlois
Donna has been married to her best friend, Thomas, for over 16 years and has two daughters, one dog and one cat. As early as elementary school, Donna’s favorite subjects were creative writing and grammar. She often wrote stories, songs and even poetry to express her ideas and emotions. She is also a nature and animal lover. Once in high school, her biology teacher was so impressed with a paper she wrote on whales that he awarded her two 100 A+ grades on the paper. Donna has always been a hard worker. Her first job was as a volunteer candy striper at a local hospital and she worked all through high school, college and trade school in various jobs. In trade school she initiated the school’s first paper recycling program before graduating with honors. Ultimately she landed in the law field and eventually earned over fourteen years’ experience collectively as a legal assistant in personal injury, bankruptcy and business law. However, her love and passion for the arts never left. During her career Donna began making crafts and ultimately opened her own craft business as an outlet for her creativity. She wanted to write but working full-time with a family and a craft business was challenging at best and the time she found to write was strained. Eventually, she put her craft business on the back burner and focused on writing. Finally her first fiction mystery book, The Fallacy Series, was completed. “I couldn’t be happier,” she said. “Writing fulfills me and is perfect for getting ideas and stories out of my mind and out into the world. Creativity with no outlet can be a curse; ideas and inspirations that aren’t shared are wasted. I’ve found my calling and have several more books ‘in my head’ just waiting to go from nontangible thoughts to quality entertainment for readers.”
