East

About this ebook
Travel memoir: Inspired by a slim guidebook purchased at Fred and Pat Cody's legendary Berkeley bookstore, Shelley Buck took off alone in 1972 on a journey she hoped would take her overland from Europe to India and Nepal, using mostly public transit. East chronicles Shelley's emergence into adulthood as she crosses into lands she dreamed of visiting. The journey will make her a feminist.
