I thought that the idea was interesting: a romance between the spirit of a dead person and a live woman but I was not prepared for the sexually explicit nature of the book nor the very average writing. It seemed like something written by a high-schooler who has not yet had the chance to grow up and refine his or her art. I am not a reader of Harlequin romances and if I do read a romance, it's more literary (Bronte or Austen)than the thrilling kind. I also don't have a particular fondness for cheap ghost stories in film or literature. So, this book was for me, a disappointment.

FBI Agent Sage Kaimoon may have been murdered in the pursuit of the elusive Lu-Marc, but in Mary Winter's 'Ghost Touch' that is only the beginning. We follow Sage's afterlife where he, years later, is still hunting the also deceased Lu-Marc. The story begins when the alluring Teri Mallory, a witch young in the studies of her craft, loses her grandmother. Teri follows her mentor's last wishes by casting a spell to obtain a spirit guide. As fate would have it, her spirit guide somewhat disasterously comes to her in the form of Agent Kaimoon.Winter casts a new twist on the possibilities available in the afterlife. Despite the seeming impossibility of one being alive and the other a ghost, the magnetism the two share is abound. Sexually explicit.
