Snippet:
No going back now, Justice Girl thought. It’s do or die time.
The thought was quite thrilling. Danger was like a drug. She never got enough of it. It was her secret vice. Sometimes, she wondered if it was the same for other amazons. She was too ashamed to admit she loved it so much, so never discussed it with her sisters in vigilantism.
“Gives you a whole new appreciation for the expression, ‘between a rock and a hard place’ doesn’t it?” she said.
His dark eyes widened a fraction of a second, then look past her. Justice Girl hated it when they did that. He was trying to make her glance over her shoulder so he could either escape or attack her. Problem was, there really might be someone behind her and he was actually trying to pretend there wasn’t to keep her attention on him while the other miscreant snuck up on her.

JUSTICE GIRL: GETTING RANDY
By Don Ship
Look at those lechers,
Justice Girl muttered to herself.
The beautiful Super Heroine was the most recognizable of Ocean City’s half dozen Super Heroines in her red, white, and blue costume. From top to bottom, she wore a red mask, white bustier with three lightning bolts flashing across each boob, blue French cut bottoms, and red thigh boots decorated with golden lightning bolts in the shape of a V at the top front and down the back of the five inch stiletto heels. She accessorized with gold hoop earrings, gold choker, and wide golden belt. A solid gold ankh hung from the choker, with a diamond and her name, signifying that she was a two time Heroine of the Sisterhood of Alpha Meta Super Heroines.
Justice Girl stood atop an adjacent building, watching the front of the city’s newest Gentlemen’s Club—Wild Girls. The parking lot was packed. There was a constant flow of men in and out of the club. The strip club was the object of a month long investigation. Tonight, Justice Girl would put them out of business, and the owner in jail where she belonged.
Wild Girls was secretly owned by the Super Villainess called Randy Girl. She was an Alpha Meta like Justice Girl, and all Super Heroines, but used her Power over water for evil. More specifically, she used her Power to capture young women and force them into prostitution. The strip club was just a front for the brothel operating on the top two floors. Randy Girl and her wicked staff were holding all the girls dancing in the strip club, and whoring in the floors above, against their will.
Worse, even, was the fact that Randy Girl kept a steady stream of newly captured girls coming in, so had to sell the older
girls to white slavers. Some of Ocean City’s most beautiful young women were being sold into despicable prostitution all over the world. There was even a nasty rumor that said Randy Girl captured the Super Heroine Lady Glory from Los Angeles, and forced her to serve as a stripper and whore for six month, before selling her to a Thai white slavery operation.
This is for you, Lady Glory,
Justice Girl said, then wiped a tear from her eye.
She and Lady Glory had started at the same time. They’d worked together many times. Lady Glory was a sweet woman, and very dedicated to fighting crime. Few Super Heroines were more dedicated and committed than that flamed-haired beauty. Justice Girl missed her terribly.
Justice Girl turned and strode purposely to the back of the building. The five-story building she was atop shared an alley with Wild Girls. So after ensuring no one was in the alley to see her, the golden maned Super Heroine stepped up and over the knee high railing. For a bare second she was in free fall. Then she Called up her Power over electricity and formed a dim golden ball of lightning around herself. Justice Girl was held aloft by centering herself inside that ball of electricity, and using her mind to hold the ball high above the alley. Electric Powers were rare among Alpha Metas, amazons as they were more commonly called by the public. Most Alpha Metas controlled water, fire, air, or were telekinetic Powers.
She lowered the lightning ball to about ten feet
