    Portraits of the priests are neatly hung in the corridor; the last one was of Late Rev.Joseph G Miller who passed away a decade ago. Below his picture, the text described him...

    Rev. Joseph G Miller (1915 - 2000) the sixth chief priest - a great physician and healer.

    This description in my view is grossly insufficient and ignores his remarkable talents as an exorcist. He had a special interest in troubled individuals and relentlessly pursued their problems all his life and never let his profession dominate his passion for serving the possessed.

    Yet, around the age of 70 he abruptly abandoned the practice and confined himself to his home. No one really knew the reason behind his decision until fifteen years later when he died of heart failure.

    6th.June.2000 - a week after Miller's death

    Mrs. Anna Hall, his daughter-in-law arrived at the church in her favorite Pontiac grand Ville to attend his eulogy. She got out of the car, locked it and walked hurriedly towards the Spanish steps, taking her bible from the handbag. As she reached the entrance she found a little girl in a hoodie jacket, her face covered behind it. She seemed to be reluctant to get inside. While her mother was trying to pull her in, she slipped down and fell near the door. Anna walked to her and tried to pick her up. The girl shoved her off and warned her, Don’t you dare to touch me, in a cold voice that was abnormal of her age.
