"It's been a while baby, but I'm back." (wink) Some days when I sit down to write up a story that is tickling my muse, I write for my own personal journey, however I have learned a thing or two from many others out there. I have discovered the pleasure in writing brings a writer goes both ways. A feeling, like the calm of a quiet evening, the glass of wine at the end of the night, the smell of rain after a thunderstorm, the illusion of pleasure on a crowded plane can be experienced in both reading enjoyable books and writing them. I like to think that reading is a road that must always be traveled upon, writing is the journey that one must share, and the imagination is the higher power that makes it all feel real. The writer can put together the words to make it right, but the reader must use their imagination to make it all happen inside their head as they read it. Encourage the imagination and tenacity it takes to be a writer by supporting the art. As always, I greatly appreciate all positive reviews and readers social media promotions. - Live Life Sensually!

    Chapter One

With the rush of the holiday season upon them, two people are about to cross paths with a mysterious desire to quench their sexual desire. Can they dismiss their first impressions the second their lips touch? Will their intense sexual desire be satisfied?

Looking into the mirrored backdrop through the rows of alcohol, John Tally, saw a frazzled looking woman, yet so sexy she required a long inquiring examination from him in the mirror. He noticed that she looked visibly exhausted. It was in the squint of her bright green eyes, her tensed pursed lips and the way she slammed her purse on the bar top; he had a feeling that she would be a verbal let down in afternoon entertainment sparkle he would have hoped for with a woman that was as sexy as she is. The red hair was a sign; she was fire. Yep. He would peg her as a hot-tempered redhead. Nevertheless, she was sexy. He would give her that.

The sound of her heavy filled black leather purse, hitting the counter, caught his attention. However, it did not cause him to turn around from washing the last of the lunch rush, bar glasses. He preferred the privacy of the mirrored backdrop to ease his curiosity.

A quick mental flash of that hot sexy redhead with her hand wrapped around his cock and her luscious lips about to surround his throbbing cock was erotic. He felt a rapid flinch of awareness between his legs and smiled to himself thinking how he never had a redhead before.

This type came in here from time to time, nicely dressed, good looking with nothing but gossip and turmoil to spill. It was like nails on a chalkboard for his ears. He often wondered why these types took their lunch hour drinking away their worries in a local pub like this.

Why, they did not just head to some trendy bar where they could be seen and heard, and maybe some other bartender might act as if they cared for a decent tip? However, that was not his style. This was not his bar; it was his brothers. He did not need anybody's tips, especially if the complaints and drama came with it.

What he liked was the locals’ stories of jokes and true grit. Of men and their wife's naggings, now that was funny. He liked the local union guys coming in and talking shop about machinery, and bosses who bitched about employees with stories that made him laugh. He liked that he had put himself in a position to help his brother out and not need to worry about a lousy tip from some hot-tempered redhead.

The Christmas music in the bar was playing a slower medley for its lingering customers. The lunch rush was over, and the corner street bar of Tally’s Pub was practically empty except for a few patrons finishing the blue-plate special that they offered to late comers.

Covering for his brother at his bar while he recovered from surgery was a given. However, the customer clientele sometimes left much to be desired. Being New York City and the fact that he had always been a more laid-back west coast kind of guy, he had found a customer from time to time that gave New York its bad rap. Although, if he had to live year-round in this city again, he might pick back up some of the attitude, which was not always a bad thing.

This particular woman in her unraveled state definitely came across as less than
