    Introduction

Courtney Elizabeth Perkins is about to start a new high school in a new state. Like any other eleventh grade girl she is both excited and terrified. She is not like any other girl.

Courtney was born Ronald William Perkins who was diagnosed as a child with Gender Identity Disorder. Her parents and physicians have decided to bring her up as a female because she exhibits predominately-female characteristics and her desire is to be a female.

However, legally she is Ronald Perkins. The schools try to work with the parents request but not all teachers and students are kind. To them, she is not a girl trapped in a boy’s body; she is a trannie who likes to cross-dress in girls’ clothing.
