A modern day Christmas Story and Wizard of Oz tale about a little girl named Yumi who is fed up with her family spending too much time on work, school and other activities. Like many other great tales such as The Wizard of OZ and miracle on 34th Street; it begins with a little girl who has an impossible big wish: to spend time with her family on her birthday and Christmas Day; then enters the Christmas Fairy Lady Lily who has the task of making Yumi’s wish come true. On Christmas Eve Yumi’s family forgets her birthday and sends her away to spend Christmas with Aunt Mai at the old folks home. Yumi celebrates her birthday with the elders bringing laughter and fond memories back to them and then just when she thinks it is all over and that her family will miss her birthday and Christmas; Yumi makes a wish that lands the family in a parallel world called Christmas in Once Upon a Village where they must find their way back home. Over the years, Liza Lee has been working in large organisations. However, through consulting in small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), she witnessed some business owners take on a project or program manager’s role on top of their business management function.
