Early March in New York City sees the promise of spring just around the corner, but as one local remarked to me, Yeah, but around which corner, exactly? Every man and his dog - or trendy young lady and her miniature poodle complete with polka dot coat and matching neck scarf - is keenly awaiting the arrival of spring. Going to New York City (NYC) in early March may have been a chilly experience, but it certainly didn’t dampen my enthusiasm for this grand old city.
