About this ebook

The reality of today's world is that many investors are facing a Personal Fiscal Cliff.
The Financial and Investment industry is being exposed as a secret culture whose secrets could be costing you thousands of dollars in lost profits. It is an industry that depends on clients not knowing how and where their money is being invested as well as not knowing how to invest. Lee Adler clearly explains why the "Buy and Hold" strategy no longer works and is killing your profits and financial future. He exposes the biggest and best kept secret of the Financial and Investment World; the All Climate Investment Strategy and how investors can use changes in the economy to make explosive profits! This strategy is presented in the form of an Economic Model that is easy enough for even beginning investors to understand and use. It represents the economy as a cycle with different stages and explains what economic signs to look for that would indicate a coming change in the economy giving investors the "heads up" that a re-adjustment of their investment portfolio may be needed. What makes this Investment Model complete is that it also discusses what investments have historically proven to be most profitable during each stage of the cycle. The core philosophy of this book is that there are profits to be made in Any Economic Climate.

    A Note From the Author

    Preface

Our financial futures are dependant upon the decisions each of us makes throughout our lifetime. We all know that the best avenue we have available to increasing personal wealth is saving money and investing those savings. But have you ever considered that just investing may no longer be enough? As I discovered, intelligent investing is the key to financial success.

Several years ago, after placing my entire financial future into the hands of a Financial Advisor, I realized that not having the knowledge I needed to either make intelligent investment decisions or at least ensure that the financial professional I had hired was making them, was seriously affecting the growth of my portfolio. My investments were making slow, and sometimes no, forward progress and I felt myself easing closer and closer to the edge of a Personal Fiscal Cliff. I began to seriously question into whose hands I had placed my financial future, where my money was being invested and what strategies were being used. All I knew was that I was getting no where very fast.

"Evidence shows that investors - investors in anything -

make no money over a ten year period. There are

several reasons for this tragic statistic, including:

Blindly taking advice from brokers or financial planners"

    Dick Fabian,

    Financial Newsletter Editor

I wrote this book to share with every investor, who is concerned about the progress their investments are making, what I discovered when I finally began to ask some serious questions of the Professionals who held my financial future in their hands. I wrote this book so that, at the very least, the information contained in it, will be a wake up call to anyone who has placed their entire financial future in the hands of these Professionals. Asking questions and looking for answers through studying and research quickly began to uncover many little secrets that were eroding the profits in my investment portfolio but the biggest and best kept secret was one that, if you are not aware of, is costing your investment portfolio thousands of dollars a year in lost profits. It is the well kept secret that there does exist an investment strategy which is based on the philosophy that you can invest and earn profits in any economic climate. It is called the All Climate Investment Strategy.† It is a strategy that recognizes that the economy is in constant motion moving through one stage into another and as it moves investment portfolios must be re-adjusted to reflect the changes in investments that are most profitable during the current stage.

The discovery of this investment strategy, which is used by some of the most successful investors, changed my future. I went from someone who felt helpless, and at the mercy of the financial and investment industry, to someone who can now understand how the economy works, the stages it can move through and what investments have historically been most profitable during each stage. I went from worrying about my financial future and retirement to watching my portfolio profits grow, increasing my wealth more than I ever thought possible. I will share with you my journey of how I went from being very dissatisfied with the up and down progress of my investments to using a strategy that has increased profits consistently and at the very worst of times cost me a 3% decrease when others suffered 45% losses just by my using the Investment Model which I developed based on the All Climate Investment Strategy.† No strategy is perfect but the one that I tell you about in this book is as close to
