Coaching Rocks- 5 steps to positive transformational change

About this ebook
Although coaching has been around for a while, it is time for a fresh perspective, a positive perspective. There is still too much focus on solving problems and not enough focus on finding solutions.
This is not just another book about coaching and coaching models. This book is about my personal journey in becoming a coach and how I developed the model I use. It is about finding solutions – for myself and for clients and for you.
This book is also about courage, fear and finding your destiny. It is about challenging the status quo (I’m sure I can hear my school friends laughing and nodding in the background saying: Nothings changed).
Portions of this book include some very personal notes I made during the time I studied coaching at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. I want to caution anyone thinking about becoming a coach – get ready for a rollercoaster ride!

About this book
Who this book is for:
This book is for prospective coaches, current coaches, HR Consultants and trainers and managers who need something more than just problem solving techniques. This is about finding solutions. It is written form the perspective of someone transitioning form being a psychometrist to becoming a coach. This book is intended to be provocative, to shake things up and to provide a different perspective on coaching as we have come to know it.
Why do we need another book about coaching?
This book contains a significant amount of reflection, some theoretical aspects and a few case studies. (I hope I do my clients justice!)
I was fortunate enough to work with an amazing coach who helped me through this
