What Is The Paleo Diet?
Paleo is short for Paleolithic, & this diet plan is based on the assumed diet of humans during that period of our history dating back to around 2.5 million years, & ending about 10,000 years ago. It ended around that time because of the development of agriculture, when various societies settled down into towns & then cities. It can also be referred to as a Stone Age diet, hunter gatherer diet, & even caveman diet. It's based on
