Above all, I'm a father and a grandfather. I've began writing first to entertain my family, hence my fiction novels for children. When I began getting lots of calls about technical information concerning my job, I decided to write some non-fiction books. I am an ICC certified combination inspector for a small to mid-sized city in East Texas. With the background in construction and the education from several apprinticeships I've been able to obtain several trade license including a masters. I now do consulting for home construction and I'm working on a series of books to help the common man (or woman) understand how plumbing and electrical systems work.
