Ravi's Karma
()
About this ebook
Ravi, a 16 year old untouchable, leaves home in the funeral grounds of Benares, encountering many difficulties as he trys to follow his girlfriend Juli to Australia. Desperate, he joins a group of Afghani refugees but becomes separated from his friend Gopala who adventured with him in India and Afghanistan. Ravi’s Karma improves when he rescues two young boys during a ‘people overboard incident'.
Ronald Stewart
Ron Stewart enjoyed a career in research and teaching before he retired to the seaside town of Tea Gardens, NSW where he spends his time writing, canoeing and playing golf. He has published over one hundred scientific paper and review articles on astronomy. In this novel he combines his travel experiences, fascination for the culture of foreign places with research on topical events of interest to readers.
