    Glossary

    Coleyo – A Kintaran avian, somewhat griffon-like, with wings, four bird-clawed feet, and a long tail with flat feathers as a rudder. Some predatory breeds are tamed for hunting, like terrestrial falcons.

    Halloth – Not a Kintaran word; the race-name for a humanoid, mammalian alien-race using haemocyanin in their blood; their coloration spans from indigo to aqua.

    Keesol – child. Plural: keesolt.

    K'ee'tha – Also spelled K'eetha. The same as, or baby-same or copycat. Connotations of immaturity.

    K'ee'tha hissst – stealer/ing of others'
