About this ebook

Today’s leadership may not be dead, but it is definitely dormant, as extensive focus on behavior change has rendered it powerless. To generate impact, a leader must dig beneath the surface and deal with the real issues.

“The Story of Conscious Leadership” awakens the story of great leadership and restores it to a conscious level. In this pocket guide, leadership experts Caines and Caradonna:

- Introduce a new leadership model, "Belief > Behavior > Outcome"
- Explore the core issues that render most attempts at behavior change ineffective
- Change the focus from “what you do” to “who you are”

To further your impact, you must first deepen your roots. Instead of teaching leadership and developing competencies that quickly become obsolete, Conscious Leadership transforms leaders and expands their capacity.

It is not enough to simply change behaviors. You must go deeper and get to the roots. You have to change beliefs.

To expand your impact, you must first deepen your roots.
