Mary Maclaren

Born in London, emigrated to Australia in 1963 when I was 30. Lived there 46 years, returned to live in UK in 2009. I love writing, music, painting and meeting people. Started writing in 1986, published in several women's magazines, literacy magazines, newspapers, and won a lot of contests. I founded the Gold Coast Writer's Assn in 1990,and very proud that they are now one of Queensland's biggest writing groups. "The Four Elizabeths" and its sequel "Elizabeth's New Life" have been published since my return to UK. I now have published my first e-book, called Flashes, through smashwords.com and second, Flashes II
