About this ebook
My second "Memoir" for lack of a better word. These are written similar to the posts on my blog, but about different things.
Like a memoir, I actually do talk about things that have happened in my life, but unlike a memoir, I just kind of rant about stuff.

What Fresh Hell is This?
My name is Emmaline Westlund. I’m twenty three years old, and I live with my father in the same apartment I’ve lived in since I was two years old. On January 18th of 2012 I wrote a very short stream of consciousness sort of memoir thing. It came out to about six pages long, and has been the best selling book I have written thus far. Which is part of the reason that I am writing this thing.
I’m not even quite sure what I’m supposed to call these. It’s not really a diary, because I don’t give play by play analyses of shit that goes on in my day-to-day. It’s not really a memoir, because I’m not really recounting things that have happened in the past. Not a biography, I’m not giving anyone’s life story. But it’s not fiction, though it is just as strange as fiction most of the time.
This will be the last thing I write in this loose, anything goes style. I’m definitely not a nonfiction writer. And, as you’ll be able to see for yourself very soon, I have a very short attention span, so writing nonfiction that would require any research would never be something I could do.
I will start by describing exactly what I am doing right now. At this very moment it is 3:25AM Central Time on Tuesday, March 13th 2012. I’m sitting in my room with a stick of incense burning. It’s 42 degrees outside and I’ve got the window wide open because I do not give a fuck.
My wifi router is resetting right now and that bothers me. If you’ve read Random And Disturbing Thoughts, you’d know that I am almost entirely useless when I don’t have the option of checking my twitter and facebook and kdp and neopets accounts. Also the chan I help run would be hopeless without me.
So even five minutes without the internet (when I’m awake) is P A I N F U L.
I have a few other books I could be working on writing, but seeing as I need a break from the structure, this will keep me occupied for the next three days at least.
Essentially, the idea of this is for me to write anything that pops into my head.
All. Day. Long.
My right elbow and the small of my back both itch right now.
Have you ever heard of Bill Hicks? I’ve been really getting into his stuff lately. He was a comedian in the late 80’s/early 90’s.
