Over the past year, I have had the unique opportunity to interview some of Orange County’s favorite young athletes. These exceptional O.C. locals are in the process of making their dreams come true in highly competitive sports.

All in their 20s, these young stars speak in-depth and candidly about their thoughts on high school sports and what they have learned as professional athletes. Other interviews are quick snap shots offering unique insights at spur of the moment perspectives.

I have also included bonus interviews with Southern California native and now Kansas City Royals rookie, Mike Moustakas. As well as an interesting chat with a young English soccer player, James Milner as he accompanied his team Manchester City on their first tour of the western United States.
