He has these two young children who help him around the shop and he teaches them to help other. He has this pair of pink ballerina shoes and one day this homeless lady comes in and Shoebox Sam tries to find her a pair of shoes that fit, she admires the ballerina shoes and Shoebox Sam gives them to her. This is a good book to teach the children about sharing and caring.
