      Things are getting bad for Evie. The IPCA has a new director who wants Evie back at headquarters permanently and who isn't inclined to give Evie any choice in the matter. The faerie realm is still in an uproar. The entire paranormal world is in danger. And, of course, Evie's the only one who can save everything.

      Again, I liked this much less than the first book. I feel as if the first book gave Evie so much potential to grow and change and that growth has stagnated.

      The conclusion of the Paranormalcy trilogy. Evie thought she made it clear that she quit the IPCA, but a new director wants her back and kidnaps her, right after her boyfriend Lend is taken by the Dark Queen. Evie engineers an escape, but even with Lend back she's faced with a tough decision - open a gate to send all the paranormals back, including Lend, or refuse to do so with possibly disatrous consequences.

      Again, like the first two books of this series, brain candy.Although, this time I found myself annoyed at Evie's self-centeredness instead of enjoying her strength like I did in the first book. She's slowly gotten less likeable. :- Ariana, Vivian, and Carlee, however, are great and I wish we had seen more of them in this book.Overall, it was a satisfying ending to the series.

      This book had the feeling of "Throw everything together and run at a breakneck pace". The only real problem with that? It felt like a lot got lost or glossed over in an attempt to just have plotplotplot going on the entire time. There were very few sweet moments with Lend, or funny interactions with her normal friend. Just one near thing after another. I liked it well enough, but the second book was better to me.

      I love Kiersten White's writing as always. Love Evie's wit and humor. And, bleep, if I didn't fall in love with a faerie! My poor little heart is broken over the end of the trilogy. I'm going to get a hardback version of this when it comes out to add to my collection of Paranormalcy books. It's a keeper.I've read a lot of books with great humor recently, but Endlessly has reminded me that there is no one out there like Kiersten White. I bleeping love Evie's snarky remarks and retorts and eye rolling. While she may have been created as an Empty One to right the faerie's wrong, she has grown into a strong young woman in her own right, proving that she can make decisions for herself. They may not always be the best in hindsight, but she does what she can. She's a bright little package of sparks with a big heart filled with love.The character that most moved my heart, however, was Reth. He wasn't my favorite character in book one, but he's been opening up more since book two. Halfway through Endlessly, I fell in love with him. I still like Lend and think he's better for Evie since he accepts her for who she is and doesn't try to manipulate her or change her, but he's been absent since book two while Reth is there in the heart of the plot. Plus, the banter he exchanges with Evie! They're downright amusing. I can share much about him without giving away spoilers, but know that I love him despite his faerie, plotting heart. He is able to love and feel in his own faerie way.I will bleeping miss Evie and all her paranormal friends and foes. Since leaving IPCA, she's met so many people and finally found her place in the world. To have her peace threatened by supernatural creatures insisting that they need her to save them? That sucks. Big time. Through it all, however, Evie never ceased to keep me laughing. She's one of my favorite YA heroines. She has such a big heart and great sense of humor, not to mention amazing friends (who I seriously want to steal from her but won't because she'll come after me and tase me).The stakes are higher than ever, and the fate of the paranormal world rests in Evie's hands. Favorite characters return from Arianna to Vivian to Jack. And Reth and Lend and Raquel and smelly unicorns. The list keeps going on. This book is a keeper. If you don't already own the first two books, go out there and buy them and read, and then preorder your copy of Endlessly (or buy it when it hits shelves).

      I thought this book was really good. It was defiantly a good ending to the series.

      It's been quite a while since I read Paranormalcyand Supernaturally, but I remember liking them, mostly because they were funny. I also appreciated that Evie is unapologetically a girly girl, but that archit doesn't mean she won't fight to defend herself. White also kills off at least one of Evie's friends in the earlier books, which adds a darkness and seriousness to the otherwise fluffy story. I don't know if it's because of the format change or not, but I did not enjoy Endlessly quite as much.The plot does a bit of meandering. The overarching goal is to try and let the faeries and other paranormals that want to go home through a portal of Evie's construction. The drama lies in convincing Evie to try and in surviving the attempts by opposed parties to stop this happening. Much of the book is composed of those latter attempts, as both IPCA and the Dark Queen don't want the paranormals to leave for their own nefarious reasons. These challenges felt rather superficial and silly to me, perhaps because of how easy they were to resolve, and how little sacrifice was entailed. In the end, they really just seemed like ways to make the book long enough.Here's the other issue: despite the fact that everything is accomplished pretty easily in the grand scheme of things, Evie whines NON-STOP about the things that don't go right. Every tiny thing that doesn't go her way she complains about ENDLESSLY (see what I did there?). So, for example, in a turn of events that delighted me because she deserved it, she and Lend are cursed such that if they are in the same room, he falls asleep. This happens just after a battle and Evie comments on how sore her body feels, which she then attributes to MISSING LEND'S TOUCH. Girl, it's been like two days of not touching your boyfriend. You can freaking deal. They need boundaries.Seriously, I cannot remember if Lend and Evie were so completely disgusting in the prior books. From what I recall I kind of liked them. Either way, they annoyed the heck out of me in this one. They're CONSTANTLY professing their endless love for one another and arguing about which of them gets to sacrifice themselves for the other. BARF. Their every interaction is insanely sappy and made me miss the previous book where Lend was often gone for school.Also, I have to mention the birthday/Christmas presents they give each other because OMG so ridiculous. Lend gives Evie a masquerade ball. Ariana made her a fancy dress (the one from the cover) and also made masks for pretty much every person in town. What? Who does this? Why not just have them go to prom? Later, Evie gifts Lend with a ten minute video of every single scene from Easton Heights where a character says 'I love you,' with Lend's favorite song playing in the background. Evie is the WORST gift giver ever. Giving that to her, since it's her favorite show would be thoughtful, but Lend tolerates it for her. Way not to buy a real present. If I were Lend, I would have dumped her right then.Still, the book did entertain and had its funny moments. Jack, who stupid Evie accepts back as a friend, turns out to be the most entertaining character, mostly because Evie and Lend find him somewhat insufferable. I actually hated him before, but I liked him more the less I cared for Evie. Despite how many issues I had with just about everything, these are still entertaining, which is why you'll probably be surprised to see a rating of 3. This is one of those books that you enjoy even as you're constantly rolling your eyes.Narration:Being fairly new to audiobooks, I don't yet know narrators by name and which ones to avoid. Well, Emily Eiden is going on the 'to be avoided at all costs' list. I just could not stand the sound of her voice, which is really unfortunate since I had to spend almost 10 hours listening to it.She tries very hard to sound youthful, but, to me, she sounded like an old woman imitating a teen, not convincing at all. She portrays Evie in such a way that she comes across as a smug bimbo, when I always imagined Evie sounding friendly and perky. This Evie I wanted to punch in the face. Eiden did an okay job with the other characters, but since it's told from Evie's perspective that's really not enough to improve the situation.

      I am so sad to see this series end. This is a series that I have followed since the beginning and have watched it flourished. What I loved most about this book is the great plot. Fulfilling and exciting, Endlessly ravishes the reader with chapter after exciting chapter. I adored that the beginning is pure adrenaline rush. Right from the first page, Evie is thrown in a war of a life time. Evie is so cool. You can really tell how much she has grown over the series. She understands so much more and thinks everything before she does it. She still puts other first before herself and still has an amazing heart. The love interest is definitely so much more passionate. With love the is forever enduring, their love shines so beautiful. The sacrifice they make for each other, really shows their love and dedication to each other. Beautiful! The ending ended quite nicely. I wasn't expecting it but I think Ms. White did a fantastic job in closing all of the loose ends. The ending didn't leave any questions hanging but answered everything. Well done. Endlessly prepares the reader for an amazing story. Completely engrossed, the reader is captivated by the love, action, and great heroism. Smart and ambitious, Endlessly is awesome!

      I thought this was really good for the third book of the trilogy. Usually books 2 and 3 are not as good as the first, so I give it 5 stars for keeping interest and not losing steam as it progressed through the series.

      Another book I read so long again but never reviewed. I must have been heartbroken at the end of this series and that was perhaps why I did not review. Well... Evie and Lend are definitely in my top 5 favorite couples. They make this story work. Evie is just fantastic fun and not the expected whiny, but I'm going to kick butt kinf of YA girl. She just kicks butt and makes it so fun! I am sad this series is over and while Endlessly could have been better in some areas, it was still a good ending. This is one series I will definitely read again and enjoy thoroughly.

      I really enjoyed this conclusion to the Paranormalcy trilogy. I liked this series because there are many humorous moments in otherwise grim situations. Evie is such a quirky character! I love her love of pink and her love for living a "normal" life. But many things are conspiring against her.The ISPA has been taken over by a really radical faction who would like to either convince Evie to work for them again or they would like to bag and tag her. Evie's contact with the agency is evasive and harried and being tried for treason. And then, the faeries are trying to convince Evie to open a gate so that they can leave this world - at least the light faeries are. The dark faeries are still busy torturing and taking human into the faerie realm. Evie would be really happy with her boyfriend Lend if only he could stay away when she was in the room. She is also worried that when the faeries have their way and take all paranormals to another world, Lend will choose to go with. She is also worried about what will happen to him if they all stay and he is left on Earth for an immortal life while she only has a human one.Old enemies - Reth and Jack - are very active in this story. Evie needs to depend on them to accomplish her goals. However, she isn't at all sure that her trust won't lead to further betrayal. Evie has to make some very tough decisions in this story. I like the choices she made. This was an entertaining and engaging story. I recommend it.

      I enjoyed Endlessly much more than Supernaturally. Evie got on my nerves during the first half of the book, but she really grew over the course of the story, and by the end, I actually liked her character again. The plot and pacing are pretty spot-on, and there is enough action and adventure to keep the book interesting. I wasn't bored once while reading this. Fans of the series will adore this final installment. During the first half of the book, Evie is her typical selfish, bratty, whiny, obnoxious, omg-why-can't-I-beat-this-girl-in-the-face-with-my-shoe, self. However, by the end of the story, she grows into someone who is willing to make sacrifices for the greater good. She finds her own voice and learns how to use it. She also discovers that making the right decision is more important than being a brat. I am pleasantly surprised by how she evolves. The secondary characters in this novel really stand out. Everyone has a cameo, even Vivian. I enjoyed the fact that there is a lot of Reth in this novel because I love him. Jack also makes a come back, and he's more entertaining than ever. We also get to know a new side of Raquel, and Lend isn't nearly as obnoxious as he was in Supernaturally. I actually liked him in this book. I also enjoyed getting to know the Seelie Queen a bit. She is an interesting character.The plot is intriguing, and I found the book hard to put down, even when Evie was annoying the crap out of me. The pacing is spot on, and the ending ties everything up nicely. This novel manages to explain everything that was left unexplained in the previous novels as well as providing an exciting plot. Endlessly is full of nonstop action. Poor Evie just can't catch a break. I actually started to feel bad for the girl. White really puts her through the wringer and makes her earn who she becomes, which causes a lot of suspense. I honestly had no idea how the book would end and if anyone would be happy or not. I was happy with the ending, though, and I feel that things are wrapped up nicely. Overall, I'd recommend this book to anyone who has read the first two books in the series. I'd also recommend this series to anyone who prefers a humorous, lighthearted paranormal read. White has a unique voice, and I am looking forward to reading future work by her.

      Boyfriend does not trump the whole world.

      I don’t know what Evie was thinking, but getting her boyfriend healed does not mean she can now start thinking about slacking off saving all the paranormals in her world. Reth should’ve healed Lend after everything else was done, just before he left – it would’ve save so many pages, and I wouldn’t have had to read about her outrage, and then about her second thoughts.

      I don’t get why she was hesitant about creating the door in the first place. Why couldn’t she just ask Lend, straight out, if he was going to leave with his mother? The answer would’ve been no, and Evie could’ve created the gate before the Dark Queen came and saved Lend from the whole curse thing.

      Another thing I don’t get is why she was so outraged about being manipulated to see all the people in the Dark Queen’s realm. I mean, yes, I get that she is sick and tired of being manipulated by Reth, but she so obviously needed that extra motivation to help her. I would’ve done exactly what Reth had done if it meant that Evie would create the gate to save my Queen, my brothers and sisters and other paranormals.

      One more thing: Evie becomes so bossy after realizing that only she and Vivian can save the world. She basically vetoes David’s order to stay out of it like without even a can we please talk about this? What gave her the authority? Yes, she now has this awesome power and is their only known hope of saving this world, but she is just some young, inexperienced chit who probably will, if allowed, run straight to the Dark Queen and confront her if she could. Right – I forgot, she does do that anyway. Also, the power was given to her at creation – not because she deserved it or because she earned it in any way, but because she happened to be at the right place in the right time. How does that make her superior to David, who has helped paranormals for his whole life and is way more experienced in these matters that she is? Why does that give her the power to supersede all his decisions and act like he was the one slighting her?



      Evie’s powers change her – and not for the better. In the first book, she is this smart, funny girl who is just trying to fit in and find her family. But in the second book, she started becoming this arrogant know-it-all who appears to live for her boyfriend and has this annoying I-have-to-save-the-world-even-though-what-I-am-interfering-with-has-nothing-whatsoever-to-do-with-me attitude that I hate but is so prominent in almost all the YA paranormal books. No. God, no.

      To be honest, I almost gave up on this book halfway. I couldn’t stand her obsessing over Lend for another forty pages. She is your typical overly attached girlfriend. Seriously, Evie has no life. What is her life’s ambition? To get into the same college as her boyfriend. What does she want to study? No idea. Her biggest fear? Her boyfriend will ditch her after realizing he’s immortal. Hello? He’s not the only guy – or person, for that matter – in the universe who deserves your concern.

      Yes, I still loved the writing style (hence, the second star), but not so entrancing that it managed to hide all the plot holes in the book. The synopsis was not original or attractive in any way – I could pick ten YA paranormal books up and I bet you at least nine will have a similar storyline. The characters…let’s just say I liked them best in the first book. So, to sum it all up: this book did not work for me. I sincerely wanted it to, but it didn’t. End of story.

      Well, here we are at the conclusion of Evie’s story. I almost dreaded reading this book, just because I was going to miss Evie and her world so much when it was over. She is almost the opposite of me, but I loved getting lost in her world and watching her kick some *bleeping* tail! While she may be in danger and her world is starting to become bleaker by the hour, she is still the same old Evie. This conversation between her and Lend is proof of that. “Anything else?” he asked, playing with my hair. “Oh, yeah, and there’s a dragon in the alley behind the diner, hanging out with Nona.”Lend frowned at me, his warm fingers lingering on the back of my neck. “And this gets a mention after the color scheme for a dance and a new episode of a teen soap?”“Priorities, Lend. Priorities”She may be fighting to keep her life the way it is, but she still had me cracking up. Even in situations where it looked like there was no way out, she was still cracking some kind of joke and had me laughing out loud. Evie can kick some serious butt, and do it with a smile on her face and that is what I loved about her. While there was a lot going on in the past two books, Paranormalcy, (review here) and Supernaturally, (review here), it was all clearly building to everything that went down in Endlessly. Evie is taking hits from all sides, the supernaturals want her, the faeries need her and the IPCA is under new management and want Evie under lock and key. It is completely chaotic and it kept the plot moving forward at a breathtaking speed. I think Raquel summed up the overall theme of this book in a conversation she had with Evie.“Sometimes it takes a little chaos for things to work themselves out. When we make it through the chaos, we can use it to shape the world around us into something better than it was before.”“I’m good at the chaos part, at least.”“And you’ll be just as good at makings things better on the other end. Trust me.” While the action is non-stop, Evie and Lend still get plenty of swoon-worthy moments together. He sure does know how to say and do the right things to win her over and I have adored watching the two of them get to know one another and fall in love through the course of this series. I cannot say too much else about the book without given plot points away, but it is definitely a fantastic conclusion to this story. I am sure Evie would say it was *bleeping* awesome. Well, maybe not while it was happening, but in retrospect I am sure she thinks something similar to that. If you have read any of these books in this series, you have to read Endlessly and see where Evie’s journey leads her. And if you have not read this series, than I highly recommend checking it out!

      This is the third and final book in the Paranormalcy series. This was an excellent conclusion to the series; these are such fun books. They have a good plot and Evie is just so sarcastic and girly and funny.I listened to this on audiobook and the audiobook was very well done. The narrator sounds exactly like I imagine Evie would sound and does a great job of doing the other characters’ voices as well.Evie is finally looking forward to be a normal girl in a normal school and also to spending lots of time with her boyfriend Lend. Of course nothing is ever simple and now IPCA wants to force her to come back to work for them. On top of that the Dark Faerie Queen is torturing humans and the other supernaturals are certain that Evie is the only one that can save them from a horrible fate. All Evie wanted to do was plan the color scheme for the Prom dance and now here she is again saving the world.Evie is a fun character; she is sassy, girly, and tough...all in one cute little package. At times she is also sensitive and heartfelt and loyal. I have to admit I enjoyed her less in this book than in previous books, mainly because she whined nearly the whole book. It wasn’t until the last third or so of the book that she finally stops whining and starts doing what needs to be done. The whole whining thing seriously annoyed me.This is a lot of Reth in this book which made for some interesting dynamics between the characters. You pretty much get to see some of all the characters we came to love and know in the first two books.The plot is well done, many things that happened in the first two books come into play. Everything comes together nicely and makes for a great story. Not a ton of action in this book but lots of intrigue. A satisfying end to everything that the series has been building up to. No huge surprises here, but everything is nicely tied up.Overall it was a fun read and tied up the events that started in the first two books very well. Evie whines a lot in this book and that really annoyed me, but aside from that it was a well done book. The best way to describe this book is fun and sassy. It’s not the best YA faerie based paranormal series out there but it’s a good one. I highly recommend the whole series to fans of faerie based paranormal YA.

Quick & Dirty: This installment deepens characters we already love and ends their stories, making a great conclusion to a snarky and fun series.Opening Sentence: Here’s the thing about dragons: I know absolutely nothing whatsoever about them.The Review:Endlessly takes place over Christmas break, with Lend home from his first semester at college. Guys, it’s so happy and adorable and then it comes crashing down. Cue evil laugh. There are some wonderfully awesome moments in this action-packed ending to the Paranormalcy Trilogy; it runs in pretty much the same vein as the first novel. It’s funny, but a lot more serious. We get a deeper view at the psychotic and complicated Reth, whose storyline is being wrapped up at the same time as Evie’s. The biggest problem with reviewing the final book in a series is that there’s very little I can say about the plot that won’t spoil, well, everything.But I can tell you all about the characters. You probably read about how I wanted to punch Evie in the face during Supernaturally. Thankfully, she grew out of her idiocy—at least for the most part. Her wit and humor comes back in Endlessly where they had disappeared in the second book. We see her more confident, more take-charge. She’s back to her Buffy-persona.Lend is still Lend. Unfortunately, still not in the novels as much as I would like and he sort of loses his charm because of it. What we do see of him is stubborn and very un-Lend given what he did in the last two books. He’s overshadowed by Evie’s suddenly more interesting ex, Reth. We get a lot of Reth in this book, and to me he’s the most complex and interesting character. A bit psychotic, a lot mysterious, and we finally see that he really does care for Evie. He’s seriously conflicted in this novel. The choices he makes made me love him as a hero—which is what he is, even if he’s not the love interest and a little bit suspicious.I’m very impressed with the ending of this trilogy. It didn’t go the way I thought it would—and given that the rest of the trilogy was pretty predictable, that’s a huge improvement. Evie’s ending is much more open-ended than I expected, giving the readers a lot to imagine, and I loved that. The wit and writing are right on par with what I loved about Paranormalcy, but got lost in the sequel. White managed to raise the stakes for Endlessly higher than they’ve ever been, making it a fast paced and highly satisfying read in its own right. As the last hurrah of Evie and her friends, it’s much improved from Supernaturally and a good conclusion to their stories.If you love YA paranormals, this is definitely a series you should pick up. If you have a reader who’s just breaking into the YA genre, White’s series is also perfect—snarky, fun, without swears or any potentially problematic behavior.Notable Scene:We stepped off the porch and a deliciously warm hand took my own.       Kiersten White has made saying goodbye to the Supernaturally characters really hard. I loved getting to know everyone, and it’s kind of hard to believe their stories are done. Endlessly is a great ending to this trilogy.

      Evie, Evie, Evie. She always manages to find her way into some crazy shenanigans. IPCA seems to want Evie’s cooperation, and will go to any lengths to get it. Evie is determined not to get mixed up in the organization again. I’ve always loved how fierce Evie can be. She’s loyal to those around her, and only does what she thinks is right. Even when that right leads her into trouble. We only get parts with Lend this time around. He’s very protective of Evie, and really doesn’t want her involved with whatever is going on. I’ve liked Reth a bit more with each book, and I loved him in this one. Even though he’s still a jerk most of the time, he has moments of almost “humanness.” We also get more of our favorite psycho Jack. lol

      The events are pretty fast paced. The major shift is on a time limit, so Evie has to figure out what’s going on pretty quickly. We also get to see more parts of the Fairy world, so that was a lot of fun. There are different settings depending on the mood of the queen. The rules with IPCA have also changed, and not necessarily for the better. :/

      Although I am sad to say goodbye to these characters, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

       This novel is a strong conclusion to Kiersten White's Paranormalcy series. It could be rushed at times, just trying to fit in all of the plot within the pages. There were some laughs (which is what drew me to the series in the first place).
