Greetings! We are so thrilled that you desire to increase your ability to communicate with us. We have waited a long time for this moment. Your personal Guardian Angel led you to this book, or you would never be aware of it. Please think back at the events that led up to this moment of you holding this book in your hand right now, and you will see how your Guardian Angel works, with great synchronicity. Know that in each page and exercise you do, your Guardian Angel will be there, working with you from our side. Your Guardian Angel will also learn a new, more direct way of communicating with you, too, as you open to hear our voices.

We love you so much! We, your Guardian Angels, are always with you in all our power and might, and we come to help you on your Earth journey. We are your tour guides this time around; subtly and not-so-subtly guiding, guarding, consoling, teaching, and loving you through this adventure of human existence. We will not live life for you, but we are here to help you, if you ask.

Remember: you are spirit in a human body, having a human experience to evolve your soul. This is one of the best ways to evolve, to incarnate into physical form on Earth. Earth is a dense planet, a hard existence of duality, but so much joy is also available. We will help you find it as you live and learn.

We love walking close with you this whole journey and beyond; we are honored to be of service to you. As your Guardian Angels, we share in your celebrations and feel every sorrow, we are there when you are ill or hurting, never leaving your side. We bring you Divine love and light in abundance. At times though, we bring you obstacles if the path you are choosing is in a direction that is not for your highest and best, but we only wish to offer guidance and comfort on your way.

We, your Guardian Angels, are part of your celestial team to help teach what you came here to learn. We do it with love and as gently as you allow. If you don’t get an important learning or message, if you are going in a direction that will be harmful, we turn the volume up a bit so it is so uncomfortable that you make a better decision based on the truth of who you really are. We love you that much. We bring Divine blessings to every situation and we only want the best for you.

We are thrilled as you now learn to communicate with us in a more conscious way. You are coming into a time when you will need to hear our guidance more and trust what you are hearing. That is the reason for this book. We are here and will make our voices known to you, if you will learn to listen to our subtle ways of communicating. We should pray to the angels, for they are given to us as guardians.

My intention for this book is to give you, the reader, a quick and easy way to communicate with your Guardian Angel. I have outlined a simple step-by-step process to build into a full-blown conversation. If you complete each exercise as written, you will lay the foundation for the next exercise. If you skip a step, you will be in danger of not having all the information you need to go to the next level and will probably miss an important piece. By the end of these easy exercises, you will be having a written conversation with your Guardian Angel! It is true!

This is not automatic writing where the angels take over your hand and write for you, but you will be able to internally hear and see what they have to say and then write it down. Almost like dictation. As you continue to communicate with them, listening to their subtlety, you will grow in confidence and awareness. Be assured, you neither have to go into trance nor leave your body to hear your Guardian Angel. You can do it right where you are, right now. You will only be shifting your awareness and opening to listen in a new way.

I have honed this material by giving numerous workshops all over the country, helping people to communicate with their Guardian Angel. By the end of each workshop, participants are having profound interactions with their Guardian Angels, and after reading this book, you will be too. It may seem like a simple process as you go through the material, but it does require willingness, work, and open-mindedness.

Many a participant has been skeptical at the beginning that they would actually be able to communicate with their Guardian Angel, and at this point, you may feel that way too. But it has been my experience that those Guardian Angels show up each and every time and have amazing connection with us. I am so glad that you have the desire to talk to your Guardian Angel. They are certainly waiting and excited to talk to you!

Our Guardian Angels communicate with us in unique and creative ways. Sometimes in the past, we have missed their subtle messages. Because of this, I have given a few examples at each step of what has happened to people who have learned to listen to them, and part III of this book is made up entirely of stories about Guardian Angels’ interactions with us during workshops and private sessions.

This book gives you some basic angel information and exercises that, if read without interruption, will take you about the same amount of time as one of my workshops, four hours. Of course, the benefit of having this book is that life can happen; if you should get interrupted, you will be able to return to where you left off. Your Guardian Angel will wait while you answer the phone, make dinner, or walk the dog. In my workshops, I have a bit more control over these distractions, the cell phones are all off, the kids are at the neighbors for the afternoon, and we meet between meal times so no one has to cook. (We do usually have a lovely snack table for our twenty-minute break, though.)

I have worked with Guardian Angels for many years
