From 2002 to 2008 he worked in the printing industry, busy with product design and prepress, and drawing in his free time. When the global financial crisis started in 2008, Alexey saw it as a chance to do what he always dreamed of doing professionally — illustration. He sent his portfolio to the leading Russian magazines and it turned out as a great success. The following year he was published in the Snob literary magazine. Since 2010, his illustrations have appeared in GQ, Men's Health, Robb Report, Tatler, and many others.view less
