Aston Toning, Schroth method, 3d pilates, and Japanese Sotai. For fifteen years, she organized groups of adolescent children for scoliosis corrections and also pedagogic athletic groups with small children for creating mandalas for important archetypes, with dance and colorful objects and materials.
She is a ‘soul transformer’, bringing through the Divine Feminine Christ. To her comes information often about soul’s missions, her gift is praying and choosing the best meditation that can affect evolving into more light.
On full moon circles, she also brings through guided ceremonial gestures, for honoring the Divine Feminine Christ within every participant.
Her roots are 80% founded in the archangelic realms, so huge light beings enter her field to help lightworkers complete their mission and become happier. For fifteen years she traveled guided to ground light codes in more than fifteen countries. This unlocked her potentials. She also acquired diplomas in Angelic Reiki, Shamballa multidimensional rebalancing, Flame of Magdalene with Pashalis Kazakopoulos, and also many seminars on healing with crystals.
She teaches her workshops with a lot of creations of MANDALAS, dance revelations, shakti exercises, and channelings from ascended masters and archangels. Ceremonial ways with individual affirmations come (from their teams of guides), for each individual; for rapid transformation, and mystical initiations needed for the opening of wings of a higher self or I AM.

She has written a musical story for indigo kids in 2011, called I want to Laugh, Play and Sing, in Greek and created a cd with her own melodies and mantrams from many traditions for a charity called: tunes for sensitive children in 2016.
She has had experiences of miracles for serious illnesses and unconditional love with the twin flame merging.
