A former assistant professor of pediatrics, Helena received her doctor of medicine in 1992 and has practiced and taught at top-ten children’s hospitals: Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Johns Hopkins Hospital, and Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
