Prior to her death, she lived in ...view moreBEVERLY BLANCHARD NELSON spent the last year of her life researching and writing about her family's musical legacy that began over eighty years ago in Los Angeles. Prior to her death, she lived in Utah with her husband, Clyde. She was the mother of three married children; two sons and a daughter (the latter is co-author of this book) and two musically talented grandchildren. In keeping with family tradition, Ms. Nelson was a musician and teacher and taught music and piano all of her adult life. Beverly served on the Board of Directors of the Gina Bachauer International Piano Competition and was President of the Utah Music Teachers Association, a Chapter of the National organization.
PAMELA THORNLEY LUNDQUIST lives in Southern California with her husband, Robert. She is an entrepreneur with over 25 years experience as a founder and CEO of various business enterprises; including a television production company and a chain of interactive retail stores. Ms. Lundquist worked at the White House as a member of Counselor Anne Armstrong's staff and was later appointed by the United States Department of Commerce to serve as a Visit USA Ambassador.view less
