She is dedicated to serving all women with a sharp focus on recognizing and addressing the distinctive wellness and advocacy requirements of Black women striving to do her part to wipe out disparities in Black women's health. Tamara holds a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling from New York University. She is a Certified Personal & Executive Coach, Certified Cooperative Childbirth Educator, Certified Doula, and Certified Fitness Professional.Tamara is a daughter, mom, and grandmother, deeply rooted in a close-knit family.
