His greatest lessons, however, were taught to him by life's encounters and the diverse people he has worked with and supported throughout his career. With years of experience as a career consultant, trainer, and coach for qualified professionals and executives, Robert specializes in career-related topics. His main focus lies in the areas of successful and authentic self-presentation, job application concepts, job interviews, and finding one's calling. After working nearly 20 years as a civil servant and career counselor for the German Employment Agency , Robert resigned from his secure government position.
