She majored in sociology at Montclair State University in NJ and went on to work for VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) before settling into a career in market research. She likes to write to order and clarify things in her mind, and she enjoyed studying and writing about people's reactions to consumer and pharmaceutical products in her career and has spent considerable time formulating and writing grant requests for Fr. Brian McCormick's Martin House charities, for which she has volunteered for many years.view less
