As she grew, she learned to read and write. Then she learned to write down her own stories so that she could share them with others. She grew up, and started teaching children to love books, to read, and to write their own stories.
Sherrie A Bakelar lives in the intermountain west with her family and a small menagerie of pets. She loves to travel and enjoys birdwatching and photography. Sherrie spends a great deal of time working as a special education teacher.
