After serving in Baghdad, he was deployed with the 4th Infantry Division, 4th Brigade Combat Team to Jalalabad, Afghanistan in 2012. During his deployments he was awarded the Combat Action Badge, the Bronze Star Medal and the Purple Heart.view less
